Delete Your Pixrov Account

Pixrov gives you control over your account and associated data.

You can request permanent deletion of your Pixrov account at any time.

Delete Your Account in the Pixrov App

If you still have access to the Pixrov app:

  1. Open Pixrov.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Scroll to the Help section.
  5. Tap “Delete Pixrov Account”.
  6. Review the information shown and confirm permanent deletion.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request Account Deletion Without the App

If you have uninstalled Pixrov, cannot access the app, or cannot use the in-app deletion option, you can request account deletion by contacting Pixrov Support.

In your message, provide the mobile number associated with your Pixrov account.

For your security, we may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request. Do not send your OTP, password, payment details, Aadhaar number, or other sensitive credentials by email.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

When an eligible account deletion request is completed, the Pixrov account and personal data associated with that account are deleted, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

This may include account information and Pixrov-managed account records associated with the deleted account.

Temporary or generated media may also be removed according to Pixrov’s applicable storage and automatic cleanup practices.

Information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes may be kept only for the period required for those purposes.

Purchases and Payments

Deleting your Pixrov account does not alter transaction records that Google Play or a payment provider may be independently required to retain.

Pixrov does not ask users to send passwords, OTP codes, full payment card details, or other sensitive authentication information when requesting account deletion.
