This Privacy Policy explains how Pixrov handles information when you use our website, apps and related services.
Information we may process
Depending on the feature you use, Pixrov may process account details such as name, email address or mobile number; login and verification records; purchase, credit and entitlement records; technical logs; template choices; and photos or media you choose to upload for personalization.
User photos and personalized media
User-selected photos are used only to provide the requested personalization workflow. Some image composition may occur on the user device or browser. Video personalization may require server or cloud processing to create the requested final video. Temporary files and generated outputs may be retained only for the period needed to provide download, retry, account-history or security functions, subject to the service configuration in effect at that time.
Payments
When paid features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider or app-store billing provider. Pixrov does not need to receive your card PIN, UPI PIN or other payment authentication secret.
Service providers
We may use hosting, cloud processing, email, authentication, security, analytics and payment service providers where required to operate Pixrov. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service and are subject to their own legal obligations and terms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and protected delivery methods where applicable. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Account and data deletion
If you have a Pixrov account, you can permanently delete it from My Pixrov Account. You can also use our Account & Data Deletion page to request deletion if you cannot access the app or your account. Account deletion removes the active account, profile and entitlement access and removes retained user-generated private media associated with account history. Payment and transaction records that must be retained for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal obligations may be kept in a minimized form without an active Pixrov account link.
Retention
Temporary authentication and download data expires or is cleaned up according to the feature that created it. Generated private media is retained only for the configured download/history period and may be removed earlier when an account is deleted. Transaction records may be retained for the period reasonably required for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.

Children
Pixrov is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is legally required.
