These Terms govern your use of Pixrov. By using the service or purchasing a digital download, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page.
Service
Pixrov provides digital templates and personalization tools for creating eligible image and video downloads. Availability, pricing, credits, plan limits and supported features may change. The terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your email, mobile number and account secure. Do not share OTPs or other authentication codes.
Credits and paid downloads
Credits and paid entitlements are digital service benefits. Their quantity, validity period and eligible uses are shown before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, entitlements are personal to the purchasing account and may not be transferred or resold.
Acceptable use
You must not use Pixrov to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute harmful content, attack the service, automate abusive requests, bypass payment or access controls, or attempt to obtain protected source assets without authorization.
User content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photo or media you upload. Uploading content does not transfer ownership of that content to Pixrov, but you authorize the processing needed to provide the requested personalization service.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, device limitations or high demand may temporarily affect service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixrov is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
