Pixrov account deletion
If you can sign in, open My Pixrov Account, expand Delete my Pixrov account, and choose Delete account permanently. This removes the active Pixrov customer account and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@pixrov.com from the email address associated with your account. If your account uses a mobile number, include that number with country code. Do not send OTPs, passwords, payment PINs or full card details. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request belongs to you.
What is deleted
The active Pixrov customer account, profile information, account preferences, credits or plan access, account history/usage records and retained user-generated private media associated with that account are removed or invalidated as part of the deletion process.
What may be retained
Payment and transaction records that are reasonably required for accounting, tax, dispute handling, fraud prevention or other legal obligations may be retained in a minimized form after the active Pixrov account link is removed. Third-party payment or app-store providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.
